I am a Physical Therapist with 20+ years of experience with many populations, including neuromuscular, behavioral / mental health, and some pediatric / neurodevelopmental. As a parent, I have had to navigate the struggles of sensory processing, ADD, mild ASD, and bipolar conditions. I am current with my CPR and also trauma informed care trained. I will provide excellent care, as if you are my own family. My patients say that I am kind, patient and a good listener. I will promote the highest level of independence with respectful, gentle care. I can also provide non-judgmental life / goal oriented coaching in the areas of health, budgeting, relationships, and your "bucket list"! $20-$25 - basic companionship, activities, appts, errands, meal prep, meds, cleaning $25-$30 - overnights, personal cares, exercises, mobility assistance $30-$50 - combined pet and person care, dog training / life coaching each hour Please contact me for any questions.
