Shannon cared for my 95-year-old mother, who had late-stage Alzheimer's disease. As my mother needed round-the-clock caregiver support, Shannon managed all of our caregivers . She made the work schedule, and sent me a copy of the weekly schedule and pay amount calculations, sparing me the work of figuring it out myself. She fielded all of the questions and other concerns regarding my mother's care. Shannon interviewed new caregivers, and found coverage for shifts when someone called off. She ordered necessary medical supplies, kept account of Mom's medication administration, worked with the hospice nurses, and always kept me informed of my mother's condition. She always had a smile on her face, and carried out her duties with much grace. Shannon is loving, patient, strong, compassionate, dependable, accountable, observant, and trustworthy. We were in contact every day. During this very difficult time for our family, she provided so much emotional support for me, as well as excellent care for my mother. My brother and I both highly recommend Shannon.
