Shannon went above and beyond for my parents. I requested a ride for them to Detroit for a family reunion and she not only drove them but gave them a care package for traveling and stayed with them until they were seated on the bus. She was very thoughtful, professional and made them feel completely secure and safe. My parents raved about her care and appreciated her extra touches and care. She has a heart of gold.
