Shannon nannied for our two boys, 15 months and 3 years, for 3 months, full time M-F. I highly recommend her! She is prompt, professional, responsive, organized, prepared, clean, follows directions, takes initiative, keeps children on a schedule, and connects with children wonderfully. I have loved having her teach my 3 year old letters, numbers, some reading, crafts and she has working with both of them on their manners, listening, and becoming independent. She is high-energy, loving, teaches as they play and talk, runs errands and takes them on fun outings. She also has experience potty training. Our family no longer needs full-time care as I'm moving to part-time work in the family business. She will be dearly missed!
