About Shannon

I'm a mom of 3 kids, ages 2-14, and an elementary teacher. When my oldest children were little, I ran my own state-licensed home daycare. I have a degree in early childhood, a bachelor's degree, and a master's degree. I have worked in, and organized, the children's programming at my church. I've taken many first aid and CPR courses throughout my career. Care will be provided in your home, and I'm available evenings (after my school day) and weekends. I am also available for some weekend overnights, if needed. You may be asking, why would I want to babysit? I am planning a trip to Europe in a few years with my family, and babysitting is an enjoyable way for me to earn extra money for our trip. As a mom myself, I know that having a knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate caregiver is essential for your child(ren)'s safety and your peace of mind.
