About Shannon

Hello! My name is Shannon and I am eager to learn more about opportunities as a caregiver! I have a passion for helping others and have over 15+ plus years experience in the caregiving and medical field. I was most recently working as an ABA therapist (Applied Behavior Analysis) Prior to that I worked as a surgical coordinator/ medical assistant for 11 years, mostly providing care for the elderly population. I was also a caregiver for multiple elderly clients (some overnight) and others were part time. During my time as a caregiver I provided duties such as companion care, assistance with bathing, meal prepping, medication management, transportation to and from medical appointments, as well as a variety of other tasks. In addition I also have vast experience in hospice care. In my field of being a medical assistant, I have worked with patients of an array of medical conditions.
