I have been working with kids for 10 years, can provide quality references and have extensive experience with all ages and stages including infants, NICU graduates, g-tube feeding, ASD, siblings, and more! I believe all children are capable of thriving, given the right environment. I believe all behaviors are a form of communication and that once children learn appropriate communication, behavior follows suit. I am well versed in childhood development and believe all children are on their own journey. I love creating relationships with all members of the families I care for and ensuring there is open honest and reliable communication at all times. I love to build forts, make crafts, spend time outside, read, engage in community events, etc! If it's something the family is passionate about, I'll be there with bells on! I am first aid/CPR certified, have extensive allergy knowledge and experience, can speak basic ASL, and a passion for car seat safety!
