This is an INTERVIEW review only, however we thought that Shannon made such a great impression, it was worth sharing! Shannon was at the top of our list of candidates for quite a while. In addition to having the right answer for any of our interview questions, it was apparent that her answers came from a place of genuine interest and concern in our children's' well being and development. She is clearly mature and responsible beyond her years. It's unfortunate that things didn't work out for us, however I would urge any other nanny seekers out there to give her a shot.
