When Shannon and I spoke on the phone, I was upfront about what kind of care my mother needed and scheduled an interview. My mother prepared a list of things she wanted to ask her in the interview. She spent several days on the list and was really excited to meet Shannon. Unfortunately, she never showed and never called. My mother thinks it's her fault.
