I have had an amazing experience with Shannon, she has watched my 2 little ones from 3 weeks of age to my oldest being 2!, she communicates very well and expresses a great deal encouragement to my children. If asked she will work on education plans and more, she has been extremely helpful on a schedule or just on date nights!!
