About Shannon

Hello! I started babysitting at age 14. Over the last nine years, I've cared for children ranging in age from 2. 5 months through 14 years old. I love working with kiddos of all ages and I'll love your four legged friends, too! I grew up on a family farm and would love to engage your little ones without placing them behind a screen. I have a reliable vehicle and I'm willing to help with transport and/or errands if you need assistance with that as well. I've worked in the Ames, IA area previously and would be more than happy to give references of families I've worked with. My primary goal is to establish a connection with a family in the area and work with you long term, although I'm more than happy to do date nights as well! I was a Sunday School teacher prior to moving to college and I really just miss being around kids and working with them on a regular basis. I would love to work with you!
