Shannon has watched my twin boys, 9, my daughter, 8, and my 3 year old daughter. She is responsible and entertaining. She doesn't take their occasional bad/wild behavior personally. She knows how to fully engage them, which is a hard to find skill in babysitters these days! I hope to hire her many more times.
