Shanna was exactly what we were looking for as a nanny for our daughter. She took care of her part-time from about age 2-3 and always found ways to make the day exciting, either just around the house or taking her to local parks or the library. As Shanna has kids of her own and years of nanny experience, she was always patient with our daughter while encouraging her to be independent and communicate clearly. Our daughter is now moving on to preschool, but she already misses Shanna and asks when she can come to play :) Shanna was a great help to our family.
