I have 30 years experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, as both a nanny & a preschool (& high school) teacher. During the past 4 years, I've assisted in teaching elementary curriculum through distance learning. I also love finding teachable moments that happen naturally through play. Whether it's going on a backyard scavenger hunt, making cookies, or a trip to the zoo, exploring the world with children has been the most rewarding part of my life! Sharing books, songs, games, fingerplays, science experiments, & art projects- That's the kind of creative & interactive fun that I would love to share with your child.

Shannara was our daughter’s nanny for close to a year starting in August of 2023. She is an incredibly sweet, attentive, and caring person. Our daughter absolutely adores her and squeals when she sees her walk through our front door. Shannara is reliable, gentle, and takes a genuine interest in the development and safety of the children under her care.
