Hi! I'm Shanna. I traded in my 10 year photography career to earn my wings as a 1st generation female pilot. I've always had a passion for supporting children and families, and would love to find a babysitting opportunity that allows me the ability to train. I am known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature that could light up a room! I value open communication with parents and believe in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and work best with families who have clear expectations. My approach to childcare involves a balance of structured activities and free play, with an emphasis on outdoor exploration, visits to the park, walks, gardening, board games, and baking. I believe in limiting screen time to encourage creativity and resourcefulness. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages! I've got a 5 star rating on heart for service.
