Shaniya has helped and cared for my 10 year old son and 8 year old granddaughter while I worked when they were doing virtual school last year. She helped my granddaughter with her work because she didn't adjust to doing her work virtually then with a teacher. She also has did some housekeeping for me while I was too busy. She is a hardworking, lovable, and dependable young woman. I will hire her again if it comes to it.
