Does the bare minimum. Had my daughter in front of a laptop most of the day, did not go for walks as promised, I would come home to my daughter having poop still on her and wet diapers. Maybe she is better for older kids , but definitely not for babies. She was not okay with me having a camera even though she was going to have her one year old step son at my house. One day she just stopped showing up, didn't return my calls or text and still have not heard from her. Very unprofessional. This happened the morning of me having to go to work so I definitely panicked. Luckily I had someone else willing to step in at such short notice. There are SO many other nannies better than Shanice.
