Shanica has watched our son in our home while work and given me so much peace of mind. She is thoughtful, kind, patient and incredibly loving towards a sometimes grumpy toddler. She is extremely diligent and very communicative which helps with care coordination. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been a huge blessing to our family.
