Shania was one of the best sitters we have had! She was always on time, flexible and my kids loved when she babysat. Shania also has common sense which is lacking in so many young people these days. And most of all, she was engaged and actually played with my kids in opposed to being on her phone the whole time. I wish I could've brought her with me when we moved!
