About Shania

As a nurturing childcare provider, I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. With two years of experience, I excel at creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive. My patient, calm, and creative nature allows me to connect with children and make their experience enjoyable. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day. Whether through verbal communication at pickup, text, or phone calls, I ensure parents are informed and involved. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in consistency and structure for children. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and social development. I'm happy to care for one child at a time and have experience with different age groups, from infants to preteens. I've completed some college coursework and I am apart of the New York Army National Guard
