My name is Shanell and I am an experienced caregiver who has worked with seniors who just need assistance with day to day living as well as those with Alzheimer's/dementia. It has been over 15 years since I stepped into this field. I am very patient and nurturing and enjoy giving quality care to those in need. I would like to become a companion who is there for support, not someone who is now there to take away their independence. I have given care privately in client's home and also in home-like facilities. Experienced with bed bound clients, wound care, feeding tubes, etc. I also finished a medical assistant course and received my certificate.

Shanell has been an absolute delight! She is currently caring for my mother who has Alzheimer's disease. She is compassionate, thoughtful, very trustworthy and most importantly Shanell thinks ahead, she's so helpful in that way!! She's very self sufficient to where I don't have to worry about having to direct her in everything that needs to be done with my mom she definitely has experience! Shanell has a good heart and wonderful gift of help! Mom just loves her to pieces!
