As a single father of seven adopted children, all now adults, I found my passion in fostering children's growth and development. That passion led me to become a caregiver with over 15 years of experience. With my patient and calm demeanor, I create a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. My creative and imaginative nature shines through as I engage children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and educational games. Effective communication is key, so I ensure regular updates to parents via their preferred method, whether it's text or phone calls. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child. My early childhood development coursework, First Aid training, and CPR training further enhance my ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment. I'm happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
