About Shane

I'm seeking a nurturing environment where I can positively impact children's lives. I would love to earn this role that allows me to foster their growth, development, and well being. I seek a family that values communication, collaboration and mutual respect. The ideal position offers opportunities for creativity, such as engaging activities and encouraging growing experiences to each of their lives with their interests and needs. I prioritize safety and creating a comfortable loving environment for the children. Additionally I value a supportive relationship with the parents where I can provide feedback and work together to ensure the children's development. I started working with kids when I was 16 at strike one baseball. I would teach kids how to pitch and hit. I also do all of the kids baseball camps with strike one and have been doing it every chance I get and love doing it.
