Shaneal made sure to have great communication leading up to babysitting. Once she arrived, she was very kind and confident when I was explaining instructions. She shared that she’s a mom herself and it was clear that she was comfortable with childcare. My 1 year old needed help getting back to sleep and she didn’t hesitate to rock her and soothe her until she was asleep again. We came back home to sleeping kids, so it was a great success.
