About Shandell

I have 30 years of experience in the health care field, working in many different areas. Starting off at home caring for my father who had dementia which developed into alzheimer's, which taught me a lot of patience. Then I knew what I was destined to be, a care provider. I started off as a home health aide. I worked as a developmental aide, working with people who had disabilities, Hospice care, assisted living, alzheimers unit and home care.
