I would love to be considered for this job. I have extensive training in child development. I find children to be fascinating and a joy to be around! I was lucky enough to be part of a large family and began babysitting as a teenager. I then traveled overseas, and completed nursing college including pediatric experience in England, cared for newborn babies and their mothers as a midwife, completed my degree in Health Visiting and cared for the under 5's. I then married an English man and had two daughters. I worked at their day care facility which they attended. After this, we moved to America to care for my terminally ill elderly father. I now share the care for my elderly mother, but need to boost our income by doing part time work. I have a police background check so that my clients will feel safe. Safety is a priority.
