I ensure open communication with parents through verbal updates at pickup, regular text or phone call updates, and by adapting to their preferred communication style. I believe in respecting the household rules set by the parents and follow their lead to maintain consistency for the children. From engaging in outdoor sports and physical games to educational activities that foster learning and technology-based games, I strive to make playtime both enjoyable and enriching. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience working with various age groups, including 4-5, 6-11, and 12+. My college education has equipped me with a strong foundation in child development.
