Shamim is an extremely qualified home health aid and a wonderful person. She treated my mother as if she were her own grandmother and treated her with respect, kindness and patience. When my mother had a medical emergency she kept her composure and was able to safely get my mother the help she needed in a very stressful situation and kept me on the line all the while it was happening. Shamim has a gift and it is caregiving and anyone who hires her will not be disappointed.
