Hi my name is Shameaka I am 50 years old I started doing health care and nursing home I was trained by three awesome women there are no longer here with me I had to stop in the 3-year working at the nursing home to go to a factory job to take care of my kids once the job closed 17 years later I started back with home health I did that for about a year and a half until the pay drop then I started at a senior living home in Martinez I work with the dementia Alzheimer residents I really enjoy what I do I love interacting with them and they make my day so helping people that really need assistance is what I feel like that's my calling cuz I really do enjoy helping others whether it be kids or people with disabilities or the elderly I have no problem helping anyone that needs assistance with everyday life
