Shakia supports me with respect to my disability. She is reliable and on time. She communicates well and picks up things quickly. She knows how to use the hoyer, transfers, commode and other adaptive equipment. She is very patient is always present when she is with you. She pays attention to detail especially if there is anything unusual or different with your body. I am able to troubleshoot with Shakia if you problems so work together to resolve the issue. She is very clean and organized always comes with a positive attitude.
