About Shakeya

Hello, I'm Shakeya, a college student from Chicago with a deep passion for caring for children. With my experience working in the infant classroom setting and interacting with babies and preschool-age kids, I have developed a strong understanding of their needs and the nurturing environment they require. I am exceptionally skilled in newborn care, sleep training, and helping children reach critical developmental milestones. In addition to my love for childcare, I have several hobbies that keep me active and engaged. I enjoy biking, swimming, and taking long walks along the beautiful lakefront, immersing myself in nature's tranquility. Sewing and knitting also bring me joy, allowing me to express my creativity and make unique items for loved ones. My friends often describe me as caring, gentle, and passionate.
