My name is Shai and I am a 2019 graduate of the University of Michigan. Throughout college, I taught Spanish to third graders at a local elementary school, and spent the summers nannying for a number of families on Nantucket. I worked as a camp counselor and lifeguard in high school, and have a CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard certification. As a lifelong dog lover, I also actively walk dogs on both Wag and Rover. I am an avid reader, writer, and board-game lover (particularly Scrabble and Chess). I am active and outdoorsy and try to spend as much time outside as possible.

Shai is a very competent, trustworthy, and responsible caregiver. He is energetic and engaging and a very positive presence for our children. He played board games and sports with them, and ensured they got their homework done each afternoon. He reliably picked up our sons from school every day, brought them to their after school activities, and then back home, constantly shuffling between the varying needs of our very active family. Our sons very much enjoyed spending time with Shai and I would highly recommend him as a babysitter!
