Shae is kind, organized, responsible, thoughtful, smart, fun and all around an excellent caregiver for as many as four young children at a time. She is not afraid to dig right in on the first caregiving session, because she has the confidence and skills to make parents feel comfortable and confident in her caregiving. My children all love her and beg for her to come and watch them again. My oldest is currently going into seventh grade so that I do not need Shay‘s help as much as I did before. She is flexible and fun and responsible all wrapped into one! She is amazing!!
