About Shaelyn

Hello! I am 24 years old and have been babysitting since I was 16 years old. I also worked for a year as Nanny to a family of four ages 6mo-10 years. I currently work at a child care facility where I primarily care for 2-3-year-olds. However throughout my college years in the center I would work subbing in for teachers across age ranges (infants- 5 years). I graduated with a degree in painting I have a love of art that I love to share with children. Crafts are my absolute favorite. I am also CPR Certified and first aid certified! I like working with kids because they always know how to have fun and make me notice the little things adult minds typically overlook. I'm looking for a job that is an occasional babysitting gig where the focus is having fun as well as learning! One thing you should know about me is that I am an artists so crafts are my go to with kids. Children are naturally drawn to art and have a natural enthusiasm for it which is so exciting to see!
