After searching for quite some time and finding caretakers that were mediocre I have to say Shadia was a blessing. She pays attention to detail when care taking and knows how to make my mother feel comfortable even when she refused care for so long. She possesses a wide array of experience in this field and is always pleasant to be around as well as knowledgeable. She knows how to execute care in an emergency situation. She has always been reliable and holds a high level of professionalism. I would hire her again and refer her to anyone in need of proper care for their loved ones!
