About Shabnam

I started working with kids when I was just 9 years old. Although young, I picked up the art of quickly changing a diaper amid a stinky mess, ensuring cotton balls were securely in place for bath time, and having a sixth sense for finding the *perfect* bottle temperature. Being an aunt to nine nieces and nephews has given me invaluable skills and immense patience. In my spare time, I like to pick up some new yoga pose, read poetry (particularly the works of Rumi), write creatively, and watch a comfort show. One thing you should know about me is that I take seriously the work I do, and ensure that I create an environment that's enjoyable, warm, and inviting. I'm professional, but bring humanism to the relationship I have with the families I work with. I come to the work I do with enthusiasm, sincerity, and dedication.
