Serenity was amazing! From the start, she was communicative and made sure to understand all of my cat’s preferences and routines. She sent me regular updates, along with photos, which was very reassuring. My cat was happy and well-cared for when we returned, and it was clear that she had been given plenty of love and attention. I would definitely recommend serenity and will absolutely reach out to her again in the future!
