Hi! I have 5 years of experience being a childcare provider. My heart grew for children so much when my family did foster care! This gave me such great hands on experience not only from learning on my own, but also seeing it first hand through a parent's perspective! I love creating a space where your babies can succeed the most as well as feel the most loved & cared for!! I'm known for my patient and calm nature, which helps me handle even the most challenging situations with patience and understanding. I love to engage with a child like spirit to really inspire and challenge them to use their creativity and imagination; that will also help foster their development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I follow their preferred methods to keep them updated about their child's day or any issues that arise. My heart in watching your children, will always be to have their best interest, to see them thrive, to earn trust and a bond between them!!
