Serena was always reliable and dependable. She was always there on time and fully engaged with my son. Serena was fun loving, made sure he ate and was dressed and kept him safe while we were at work. She is kind, thoughtful and trustworthy. When there were any concerns or scheduling conflicts she communicated right away. We were sad when she had to go back to school. My family was so grateful to have such a respectful and responsible sitter for our baby. I highly recommend Serena for any job but especially one where she gets to work with children.
