I've been a caregiver for 14 years because I'm passionate about helping children grow and develop. I'm a patient, creative, and friendly person who loves art. I have four years of art teaching experience and enjoy designing art projects for children of all ages. I also love playing imaginative games and taking children to the park. As a caregiver, I follow the parents' rules for the household. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of 0 and 11. In addition to childcare, I'm willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I have First Aid and CPR training and have taken ECE courses. I communicate with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise through verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. Serena is incredibly kind, experienced and an intelligent caretaker. She helped me with taking care of my cat, and I also have experienced her work with children - from infant through tween. She is an artist and art teacher as well and is really able to bond with the people she works for. She is also incredible with seniors and adults. Serena brings a beautiful presence to the job. Highly recommend.
