Serena took care of our baby from 5 months old to 13 months old. She jumped right in with caring for him and did an amazing job. She worked with him on his play skills, meeting developmental milestones, eating foods, and communication including sign language and Spanish words! Regarding professionalism, Serena is very punctual and reliable. She always showed up on time, never cancelled last minute, and let us know if she couldn’t watch him well in advance. She is well-mannered and respectful towards us and our home. It was a wonderful experience with Serena and we’re so glad we found her on care.com. We definitely recommend her as a nanny or babysitter!
