About Serah

Hi my name is Serah. I am a HCA ( healthcare assistant) with over 10 years experience, most of which I gained from taking care of my elderly mother who had dementia. I love extending the same compassion to my clients. Taking care of my own elderly parent taught me patience and compassion. I have also worked in different settings in the healthcare department which includes; Adult Family Home and as a private caregiver. I have diverse experience including dementia, transfers, bathing, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, etc. I am passionate and love providing care for the elderly and others. I always strive to treat my clients with compassion, dignity and respect. I am also a trained nursing assistant and I've other certifications including Nurse delegation, fundamentals of care giving, Dementia, mental health, CPR/first aid amongst many others.
