About Seneca

Working with animals is something I've done my whole life, and I love it. I grew up with multiple dogs in the house, and I was given responsibility for them from a very young age. For years, I took care of my disabled English Cream Retriever, Max, as well as my father's senior Golden Retriever, Captain. The current dog my family has - another Retriever - is named Iris, and I raised and trained her since she was 8 weeks old. For three years, I was in charge of 10 chickens and cared for them daily up until I had to give them to a family friend because my family was moving. I also have experience watching and caring for my friends' animals. Currently, I have a betta fish named Dante that I've had for a year and a half! I do it because I love it, and animals have been an integral part of my life. Being in college now, I'm not around animals so much anymore, and I would love to care for someone else's when they need.
