We hired her last December for our 1 year old daughter. In the beginning she did the good job of taking care of my daughter. But later after 1 month she is not regular. She would just call at the time she was supposed to be at the house for child care and say she was not coming for a couple of days without giving any prior notice. One time she said she was not coming for 2 days but later she did not come for a week. She was also on the phone most of the time during child care. One time my wife requested her to talk on the phone when my daughter was taking a nap and not talk too much on the phone during childcare. Then she got angry, raised her voice and argued with my wife. By this kind of behavior we were worried about our daughter. So we decided to lay her off and give her 1 week notice. The day when we told her that we won't need her from next week, she said OK but the next day she texted us saying she was not even coming for the remaining week. So I do not recommend her at all
