About Scout

Hi, I'm Scout! I'm a mechanical engineering student at NC State. I'm proficient in various applied mathematics that are based in algebra and calculus. I am also well-versed in the English Language Arts. I'm confident that I can help your students learn and understand their coursework in most any topic. I try to make the task of learning a new subject both engaging and conversational to promote a successful learning environment. I am well-spoken when explaining difficult topics and can reiterate knowledge in multiple different ways for reinforcement. Let me help your students achieve their academic goals! I am looking for part-time work during the weekdays. If you accept me for a recurring job, I will be communicative of any conflicting upcoming school-related time commitments such as exam or presentation dates that conflict with our schedule (there are very few of these).
