About Scott

I have over a decade working with kids in aquatics, athletics, recreation, health/wellness, fitness, emotional/social regulation, and years of experience working in ABA setting with kids with special needs. My career primarily focused on creating, staffing, and supervising programs centered in these areas, but the true reason for my career choices in recreation and youth development has been to empower kids and help them reach their full potential. I have working as an EMT, school systems, non-profits, and municipalities all focused on youth development programming alongside years of coaching and officiating experience in youth recreational sports. I am also a certified lifeguard instructor trainer, swim instructor, and former personal trainer, so concentrating and encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle would come hand in hand with me as well! Empowering self confidence in kids is something I hope I can bring to your family too!
