As a caregiver with over three years of experience, I've discovered a deep personal passion for fostering children's growth and development. My calm and patient demeanor allows me to easily connect with children and create a nurturing environment where they feel safe to explore and learn. I maintain open communication with parents through written daily reports, ensuring they're always informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I'm exceptionally comfortable enforcing household rules, creating a structured and consistent environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games, encouraging them to stay active and develop a love for movement. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and have completed coursework on early child development, as well as CPR training.
