My journey into childcare began with rewarding experiences working at an afterschool care, babysitting, and working for a pediatric physical therapy office. Witnessing the positive impact I had on children's lives, I was inspired to pursue a career that supports families and provides reliable care for their little ones. I believe in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. With patience and creativity, I engage children through a variety of activities, from outdoor games and board games to educational games that enhance learning. Communication with parents is paramount to me. I keep parents updated about their child's day, following their preferred communication method. When it comes to household rules, I'm adaptable and follow the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child.
