About Saviya

I am Saviya from a small West Indian Island called Dominica which most people confuse for the Dominican Republic. Right after graduating high school, I moved to the U. S to pursue my passion; becoming a veterinarian. This passion led me to major in Biology and minor in chemistry to gain my bachelor's degree in science. However, as one would say, there were other plans for me as I was never able to complete my education to become that vet, but instead, became very involved in the day to day of kids' lives for the past 20 years. I have extended amounts experience with kids of all ages, and I am capable of swaddling newborns and infants to helping teenagers with homework and everything in between like sleep training, potty training preparing healthy snack/meals, to having little ones think independently, quickly but effectively solving issues between siblings and assisting with socially awkwardness and behavioral techniques in challenged kids, etc
