Hello! I am a CrossFit coach, and am seeking part time employment as a nanny/ babysitter to supplement my income. I have been babysitting on and off since I was 14 years old, and worked as a nanny for at least 4 of those years. I love children, and find a lot of joy in caring for them as well as in fostering their growth, independence, and flourishing. I do not have children myself, but I have a handful of nieces and nephews in the area that I have been blessed to have a very close and involved relationship with, so I have gained invaluable experience in caring for them since birth as well. As a caregiver, I value congruent and honest communication with children and parents; I always approach interactions with families with transparency, and will do my best to respect preferred parenting/ child-rearing strategies.
